Hermione and Ava

Hermione and I recently became cousins! Mommy's sister, Abby, had a baby on April 29th! Her name is Ava.

Mommy babysat for her last night. I figured Hermione would be jealous that another baby was getting some of Mommy's time, but she did really well. She smiled at Ava any time that Ava made noises. They also stared at one another a lot!

Hermione has a sock fetish. She even likes to take off other people's socks! Ava was no exception.

Hermione tried to give the sock back, but Ava was upset by then.

Again, Hermione believed if she just made a cute smile, she would get out of any reprimands.

This was how tired Hermione was after all the extra playtime with a new baby!

Curiosity

As you can see, Hermione has the same curiosity for computer components as I did when I was her age!

Hermione is under the belief that if she just smiles very sweetly, she will never get in trouble! I can't even count high enough to tell her how many time-outs I got! She's in for a rude awakening!

A Weekend for Daddy and Hermione

Last weekend, Mommy had to go out of town, so Daddy and Hermione got to spend a lot of time together. They did so many fun things.

First, Daddy is much more relaxed than Mommy and lets Hermione stay in her pajamas a lot longer!

He also likes to give Hermione crazy hairdos!

He also takes Hermione to the park all the time!

Even playing in the exersaucer is more fun when Daddy is around!

The Sick Day

Today, Mommy lost her voice so she stayed at home to rest. Hermione was home from daycare and Daddy was off work. Luckily, Daddy was able to take care of Hermione while Mommy got better. Look at the cute pictures that Daddy took of Hermione!

Another Day at the Park

Today, Mommy, Daddy, and Hermione went to the park.

Hermione had her first experience with grass. Unlike me, she seemed to like it! I used to cry when Mommy and Daddy put me on the ground.

Oooh, Hermione was lucky to find a stick just her size. I saw that she even tasted it!

Hermione got to go on her first slide. She didn't really seem to understand what the point was, but she did enjoy when Mommy kissed her cheek!

Every time Hermione goes on the swings, she likes them more and more. It's fun for me to watch her and see how she likes going just as high as I did!

Bath Time

As I've said before, Hermione loves her bath time just as much as me. Her favorite toys are the same as mine! She loves to suck on her washcloth, drink from her cup, and wave around some baby-size keys!
