Me and the Swing

Here is a picture of me in a park swing for the first time. I wasn't sure what to think at first, but then when Daddy started swinging me faster and higher, I loved it. I can't wait to go back!

I'm ready for my Glamor Shots now

Well, I'm proud to say I finally understand the purpose of a camera. I was really starting to wonder about the contraption Mommy was always sticking up to her face. She would hold it there and smile continuously. The second I would start to do something cute, she would flash a bright light in my face. I finally realized that if I smile immediately (and hold the pose), I can avoid being flashed by that light 30 times.

I learned this trick on Easter, which is why the Easter posting has some of my best shots yet. For all of you skeptics out there who think I'm too young to learn how to pose for a camera, I included some more shots of me hamming it up.

The Johnny Jump-up

Just this week, I got a Johnny Jump-up. I am so excited! I recently learned how to jump in my Exersaucer, but this new toy is way more fun! You can see how happy I was when I got it!

Me Playing in My Johnny Jump-up

Look how fast I learned to jump in my new toy! It is so much fun!

Linus and Lily

Yesterday, I got to play with my younger cousin, Lily. She is six months old. Mommy said I have met her before, but I don't remember it. She is pretty fascinating. I hope I get to play with her again soon!

Happy Easter!

Today is my first Easter! I am so excited because the Easter Bunny came to my house. I got a Johnny Jump-up and learned how to bounce in it on my second try. I got my first pair of swimming trunks and sunglasses, too. Mommy said it is too cold to use those right now. I got some nice books that I chewed on right away. I also got a cool Easter outfit that says "Chicks Dig Me," but I think that was obvious even without the shirt.

You can see my halo, right?

Mommy loves this picture because I hardly ever fall asleep in someone's arms anymore. She says that when I am asleep, you can see my halo. Mommy also says that when I grow up, the girls are going to go crazy for my long eyelashes. Personally, there is only one girl I care about...Mommy.
